What do your customers love most about your products?
Customers love that my nut butters are fresh, healthy and taste amazing! My motto is “No junk added!” There’s no added sugar or oil. They have no preservatives or artificial ingredients. There is also no soy, dairy or gluten.
How did you get started in this business?
I call it my accidental business! For some reason (now I know what it was), I decided to make some peanut butter about 6 years ago. It was so good, and the only ingredients were roasted and salted peanuts! I quickly thought I should sell it at Farmers Markets. I only made plain peanut, almond and cashew. People loved it, so I decided to start creating flavors. Today I have 22 varieties of peanut, almond, pistachio, cashew and sunflower butters.
Is this a full-time business for you?
This started out as a very part-time business. I am happy to say that it has been full-time for about the last three years!
What do you love most about craft show vending?
I have loved meeting so many different people! I have also loved traveling to shows out of state. It has given me the opportunity to go to places I haven’t been to.
